"Marketing Associate"

Two Bostons is looking for a Marketing Associate to help create content and manage social media channels to promote our brand and educate/engage our customers. Our ideal candidate would create weekly digital newsletters, event flyers, and graphics for upcoming events. This candidate would also manage multiple social media accounts and create a powerful consistent branding message across all channels of marketing, both digital and print. Ideal applicants would have experience planning and running customer focused and/or community events.

This is a work from home job with a flexible schedule. This is a part time position, with the potential of growing into a full-time opportunity. Pay range is $15-21/hr based on experience. Benefits include store discounts of 25-40%, continuing education, and working with a Team known for fun. Full-time positions are eligible for medical.

General Responsibilities

  • Implement Two Bostons’ editorial calendar to manage social media content, customer emails, in-store flyers, signage, and press releases
  • Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Two Bostons’ Blog, and YouTube
  • Review and report on social media analytics to evaluate the success of programs
  • Use photography to promote products, events, and promotions
  • Create/design online ads and direct mail pieces
  • Research advertising/marketing best practices
  • Implement SEO programs to increase brand awareness and web traffic
  • Optimize campaigns for SEO content
  • Manage and track marketing budget
  • Plan and execute customer/community events


Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge and experience with managing various social media platforms, including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, WordPress Blog, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Photoshop and picture editing to create posts and graphics (i.e. Canva, PicMonkey)
  • Video editing for YouTube and customer communication
  • Copywriting for products, events and promotions
  • WordPress proficiency
  • Knowledge of web analytics and SEO best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize work to keep on track with sensitive deadlines
